All inclusive of group outdoor barrel sauna, restorative yoga and acupressure massage session with aromatherapy and afternoon tea provided at FigTree Retreat inside the refurbished woolshed/barn/Yoga Shala.
It is a wonderful rustic space, equipped with restored luxury bathrooms for day visitors and overnight stays.
Start with a 30-minute warm steam sauna and outdoor cold water rain shower, and guided meditation followed by a cosy yin yoga practice to restore. Complete your mini-retreat with a dip in the outdoor plunge tub (seasonally).
