FAQs

  • Flights, travel insurance (compulsory) and spending money.

  • Yes. Each retreat has a planned theme. This means that all daily activities and wellness practices including yoga classes, workshops, journalling and daily wellness talks will be aligned and planned according to the retreat theme. Each retreat has a different theme. For example May theme: Exploring the Elements. For a full copy of the retreat itinerary please contact Brooke with your preferred dates.

  • Each group is exclusive and intimate to 8-12.

  • Depending on your chosen retreat date, departure will generally be either early evening AEST or early morning. Once you pay your deposit Brooke will liaise with you regarding flight bookings. We can arrange for majority of the group to be on the same flight for accommodation transfers. I recommend booking with Qantas for this Bali retreat.

  • Fresh seasonal food inspired by healthy living and Bali. Of course, wine, beer, and a cocktail will also be available! Dietary requirements will be happily catered for.

  • Terms and conditions apply for each booking. Once you place your deposit there is a 3-day cooling off period, if you change your mind you will receive your refund minus a $50 admin fee. The deposit is non-refundable after this time.

Meet Brooke

After many trips as a holiday, and venturing down her own spiritual journey, Mama Bali called once again and was the home to her first Yoga Teacher Training (200hr YTT). Having previously had a career in event management and leading multiple group retreats, with over 9 years experience as a Reiki Master, Intuitive Bodywork Practitioner and most recent Nutrition Consultant and now Experienced-Registered Yoga Teacher-500 under Yoga Alliance, Brooke is leading retreats once again internationally and at her local venue in Australia, FigTree Retreat.

Terms & Conditions

  • A $500 deposit will secure your place on the retreat. A 3-day cooling off period is available and will incur a $50 admin fee. After this time the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

  • Upon payment of the deposit you accept all terms and conditions as below.

  • Instalments include 50% of your investment with the remaining balance due 12 weeks prior to departure.

  • Be Well with Brooke reserves the right to cancel your registration if payment is not received by the agreed date. No ​money will be refunded

  • Comprehensive Travel Insurance (that includes trip cancellation) is mandatory and evidence must be ​provided to Be Well with Brooke prior to the retreat. This protects you and I for unseeable events.

  • Refunds are not available for any reason. Your investment may be transferred to another person if there is a ​waitlist and your position can be filled.

  • If for any reason the retreat cannot go ahead as planned an alternative date may be offered. Be Well With Brooke is ​not liable for refunds, financial loss or damage should the occasion arise.

  • To the fullest extent allowed by law, participants agree to waive, discharge claims, and release from liability ​the owners and volunteers of Be Well with Brooke, and their partners from any and all liability on account of, or in ​any way resulting from injuries and damages, even if caused by negligence (including their own ​negligence), in any way connected to this retreat. While all care will be taken by Be Well with Brooke and their ​partners, you agree that there is unforeseen risks . Payment of your deposit and signing the retreat ​registration form will serve as your release of Liability and Assumption of Risk agreement.
