At Be Well with Brooke, I integrate my qualifications in business, event management, HR, marketing, yoga, nutrition, and energetic bodywork, to create unique wellness experiences tailored to individuals and groups.

With a heart centred in gratitude and openness, I delight in exploring and expanding, and I find immense joy in sharing these reflections with others who are also seeking profound connections within themselves and this journey. - Brooke

My yoga journey began when living in Sydney, Australia, inspired by the Australian coastal lifestyle. After completing my initial training abroad, and exploring many facets of yoga, teaching 12+ classes per week in both the public, private and corporate space I have merged my passions to create service offerings accessible to all.

A certified E-RYT500 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) with Yoga Alliance, Brooke’s training includes 200-hour Vinyasa YTT, 100-hour Yin and Trauma-Informed Yoga, and 300-hour Yoga Psychology. Her qualifications extend to Usui Reiki Master, Intuitive BodyWork Practitioner, and a diploma in Nutrition. She holds a Bachelor of Business with a major in Event Management, which was where her entrepreneurial journey began.

Brooke is passionate about collaborating with other professionals interested in hosting retreats and events and can also tailor bespoke retreats for your group or special occasion. Additionally, Brooke provides unique mentoring and business consultancy services assisting other wellness professionals, and yoga teachers grow their personal brand and service offering. If you’re seeking to de-stress and reconnect with your radiant self, Brooke offers personalised 1:1 appointments. Feel free to reach out via email to begin your journey towards alignment and well-being.

Welcome,

I am glad you’ve found your way here. Listen below as I share with you a snippet of my journey thus far. I hope that you are inspired, just like I was.
