  • Initial Virtual Consultation

    The most practical way to begin with receiving wellness support is to book an Initial Consultation.

    After scheduling this online we will:

    • Meet & Greet

    • Discuss concerns and carify your goals

    • Complete a Client Intake Form together

    • Discuss options based on your goals and Client Form answers.

    • Allow 60-90 minutes for the virtual consultation.

    • After the consultation you will be provided with a Wellness Planner that has been indvidually tailored for you. If you wish to commit to one of the other options for accountability this is your choice.

  • Monthly Coaching

    If you have specific gaols in mind and need professional accountability to achieve these, monthly coaching may be best suited.

    Monthly services included:
