How does it work

Firstly, enrol and register your details for the 6-day mindfulness challenge on this page so that you can have immediate access to the challenge workbook! Set yourself up for the 6-days mindfulness journey by planning ahead!

Downloadable e-book

Secondly, you will receive a user-friendly 9-page workbook with wellness resources, weekly mindfulness practices including breath work recordings to complete during the challenge. Once you receive your challenge workbook, you may like to print this for easy access and to record each daily practice - otherwise save it on your phone and complete the practices in your own journal.

Self-Paced

Thirdly, decide when you will begin the challenge, or join in on Brooke’s seasonal ‘Community Challenge’ (next intake on Sunday July 21st - 26th) and tag Brooke @bewell_withbrooke along the way for accountability. Event better, share with a friend so that you can have added support!

Welcome to your 6-day Mindfulness Challenge! Over the coming days, you'll implement six different mindfulness practices along with a challenge for each. These tools are handpicked to help you build resiliency, stress less, and improve your overall well-being.

Some of these practices include links and videos to guided practices I have hand-picked for you to gain the most out of the challenge template!

PLUS: if you join during the ‘LIVE COMMUNITY CHALLENGE’ you will also receive daily Live Zoom calls with Brooke and those who are joining in on the challenge!

Next ‘Live Community Challenge’: We will be hosting this challenge from Sunday 21st -Friday 26th July 2024.

During the daily interactive zoom calls you will receive the daily challenge practice virtually delivered in-person which will make completing your daily practices much easier! This is also the perfect opportunity to ask questions, hear what others have to say and engage with the rest of the community.

If you are not joining during the ‘Live Community Challenge’, you can begin at anytime and there is nothing other than this workbook that you will need throughout the 6-days - so you can do this anywhere and at anytime! You are welcome to send me an email once you completed the challenge to share your progress! I would love to hear how you progressed.

  • Yes. There is a tangible component which includes the guidebook that can be printed.

  • You will be able to receive accountability by contributing to the social media platforms through tagging and sharing your weekly practices/experiences. Additionally there is a Be Well Community with over 100 members. Brooke is available to answer any questions throughout.

    Depending on when ou join, there may be a ‘Live Community Call’. Please note this is only offered a limited amount of times er year.

  • Each day you are given a different practice. These vary from ‘mindful eating’ to ‘breath work’ and other challenges.

  • No. You can access the workbook digitally via your phone and complete the practices anywhere, anytime. That is the beauty of this challenge.

  • No. By registering for this challenge, means that you have lifetime access to the guidebook in which you can re-use when required. This is a valuable tool to add to your wellness kit.

  • No. You can begin this challenge whenever you wish. Once you register you will have immediate access to the guidebook.
