Week 1-2: Fundamentals

Delivery

You have the option to complete the course online via a weekly consultation or in-person at the weekly group class held at FigTree Retreat.

Two spaces are open to host this at your venue in the Riverina.

Online Class schedule: Wednesday 6am.

In-Person Class (FigTree Retreat): Saturdays 6am. Group class rate.
